Terms of use

1. The service

Sei Bellissima (seibellissima.com) is an application-based club run by [controller]. Women who are accepted get a public profile with the club seal. Admission is decided by the Sei Bellissima editorial team at its discretion and is not an objective assessment of the person.

2. Who can apply

Only women aged 18 or over can apply, for themselves. Applying on behalf of others, using other people's photos or creating fake profiles is not allowed.

3. Your statements and responsibilities

By applying you confirm that: you're at least 18; you're the person in the photos; the photos are yours or you have the right to use them; the photos don't show other people, minors or nudity; the information you give is true.

You're responsible for the content you upload. If you upload unlawful content or content of other people, you're liable for any damage, and we may remove it and report it to the authorities.

4. Application fee

Applying costs €10, VAT [included], per submission. The fee covers identity verification and review and is not refunded if you're not accepted.

Right of withdrawal: by asking for verification to start immediately, you agree that the service starts at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been performed (Art. 59 (a) and (o), Italian Consumer Code). [Check the wording and when to collect this consent with the lawyer.]

5. Review and reapplying

The editorial team reviews the photos and the answers to the application questions and may accept or decline an application without giving detailed reasons. Scores are never shared or published. If you're not accepted you can apply again after 30 days, with a new fee.

6. Your profile

Your profile stays online until you ask to remove it. You can request removal anytime with the button on your profile: it goes offline at once and is deleted within 30 days.

We may suspend or remove a profile, without refund, if you break these terms or the Rules, or after a well-founded report.

7. Reports and removal

Anyone can report a profile that uses someone else's photos, shows minors or breaks the Rules by writing to [reports email]. We take the profile offline as soon as we receive the report and check it within [48 hours]. [Check Digital Services Act obligations for hosting services: point of contact and notice procedure.]

8. Licence to your photos

Your photos stay yours. You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to show them on your profile and on the site while your profile is active. [State whether photos may also be used to promote the site on social media: if so, a separate consent is needed.]

9. Plus membership

Accepted members may choose to subscribe to Sei Bellissima Plus at €9.99 per month, VAT [included], paid with Stripe. Plus includes: a featured profile on the homepage in rotation and marked as Plus, up to 12 photos, visit stats and access to partner offers.

Plus has no effect on admission: the badge and basic profile are free and can't be bought.

The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile: it stays active until the end of the month already paid, with no partial refund. [Check with the lawyer: 14-day withdrawal right for subscriptions and auto-renewal obligations.]

10. Brand collaborations

If you turn on “I'd like to receive collaboration proposals”, Sei Bellissima may forward brand proposals to you. You're asked about each proposal first and you decide whether to accept. Without your consent we don't put you forward to brands or give them your contact details.

If you accept, the brand pays through Sei Bellissima, which keeps a 20% commission on the agreed fee and pays you the rest within [30 days] of the brand's payment. [Check with the lawyer: legal framing of the intermediary activity, invoicing, tax withholding and standard contracts with brands and members.]

You're responsible for labelling sponsored content as advertising under the rules that apply to influencers [AGCOM guidelines and IAP self-regulation code].

11. Partner offers

If you consented, we email you offers from us and our partners. We send them ourselves: we never share or sell your email to partners. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

12. Limitation of liability

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by [Italian] law. Consumers may always use the courts where they live. [To be checked.]
